The person may suffer from mild to severe headache and develop other symptoms that are a part of migraine headache.

Though the causes and symptoms of this disease is not very clear there are some symptoms which can be mostly observed in people suffering from migraine. The common symptoms that indicate that the headache is a migraine headache can be categorized as pain which occurs on one side of the head accompanied with vomiting or nauseating sensation and sometimes auras which affect the vision.

Causes of Migraine Triggers

Migraine triggers are those elements which cause the pressure in the brain as the person is very sensitive to the elements. Commonly it is observed that people who suffer from migraine are sensitive to strong odors which also can be called a trigger for migraine. Some people are sensitive to extreme heat and extreme cold or exposure to direct sunlight. Food articles also act as migraine triggers as they adversely affect the body after the intake and cause the pressure on the brain which leads to migraine.

The migraine triggers are not the same for all people who suffer from migraine as the same trigger may not cause a migraine on that one person but may lead to severe problem in another person who is prone to migraine attacks.
